Prep Work

Tomorrow night, we will be hosting a Valentine’s Day Banquet. A lot of prep work has already been put into this event and we are all excited to be able to serve many sweet ladies and kind gentlemen!

Clayton, our chef, always goes above and beyond the call of duty! Here he is carving roses out of beets for individual place settings.

one of the guys made this little horse out of a beet – pretty impressive, if you ask me!

Sharon, Mandy, and I made four types of truffles. Of course I had to taste-test and they were soooo good! 🙂

    Wow, the truffles look amazing, and I can not beleive that some one made a horse out of a radish, can they make me one?!!!!! You are all amazing in the kitchen!

    I would LOVE to see you post the recipe for the truffles as they are my favorite and look so pretty! I am eyeing them for gift ideas. Looks SOOOO yummy!!!!
