Praising His Name

28 Jul

I sit here with a heart full of joy! We’ve been here at the Northwoods for almost two days and have experienced first-hand a mighty moving of God.

I feel so privileged to have 11 girls on my team who are seeking after God with all their heart! God has been meeting with each and every one of us imparting a spirit of brokenness. We are reminded that a broken and contrite spirit is something He definitely does not despise but enjoys and blesses. Hurts and faults are being shared and confessed.

There have been times of tears, times of weeping, times of joy, times of prayer, times of intense seeking. Just this evening, we’ve had the privlege to cry aloud to God – we’ve prayed in a spirit of one accord like never before. At one point, it was as if we could feel the presence of God walking amongst us. Our hearts adored our Saviour and we sang praises to our King of Kings. It was a evening that won’t be forgotten!

God has been so good and we are anticipating His further work in our hearts and lives. Please continue to keep us in prayer. Your heart-cries to the Lord are not in vain but are being heard and answered and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
