Sharing the Gospel

1 Nov
Yesterday evening, we were excited to set-up a small table outside our home to give out tracts, bags of candy, apple cider, and hot chocolate to all the neighborhood children passing by. About 70 tracts were distributed to kids of all ages!
We were so thankful to be able to share the gospel of Jesus Christ yesterday evening despite what wickedness the world promotes and enjoys on Halloween!
We may never know if a few hearts were touched or maybe even lives changed but we are assured that God’s Word will never return void! Here are a few pictures from last night:
Waiting for children to start arriving!

A little chilly and tired on the outside but happy and joyful on the inside!

What a good way to celebrate a bad day! That’s the only kind of halloween celebration I think lines up with God’s word.

Praise God! Wish I’d been praying for you. Anyhow, I’m praying now for the seeds that were planted.

It’s pretty cool to see people I’ve never met before that are involved in the same work– because we have the same God.

    Peace to you! –Jacob

What a nice idea. It’s so hard to know what to do on Halloween – but you’ve used the situation for God’s glory.

There is no other time when so many kids will voluntarily come to your door and take a gospel message.

What a wonderful idea this was, and I’m sure it was quite a blessing to all those who came to your table.

‘we are assured that God’s Word will never return void!’ ~ Amen! 🙂
